The market has really picked up.

Already I’ve had sales on lakes Zumbra, $600,ooo+; and Christmas $1,000,000+. Properties priced under $250,000 have picked up too. Since the New Year I’ve also sold two smaller homes.

On or off the lake, if you’re thinking of selling this year, the best advice I can give is for you to begin the process right now.

Currently we do not have enough inventory to satisfy buyers who are ready & willing to purchase today. Take advantage of this situation by beginning the selling process right now. Homeowners waiting for green grass may miss their best market of the year.  Take this opportunity & leap ahead of the selling pack right now. Having less competition in your price range, you, dear homeseller, just may reap a huge benefit.
